So, when the legendary Slovak pop/rock singer Pavol Habera and his band Team needed to clear up a copyright issue with Sony Pictures Entertainment regarding the use of part of its song in the 2005 horror film Hostel, Martin was the "go-to guy". He was picked over an entertainment law firm that had represented Habera's Victoria Secret model spouse. He obtained an out-of-court settlement with Sony Pictures, and a written apology from the film's director, Eli Roth.

  Born in Levoca, Slovakia, Martin spent his childhood traveling and living in several countries thanks to his father's life-long career as a diplomat and Ambassador for the Slovak Republic (formerly Czechoslovakia). In 1984, Martin Valko had the honor of meeting the late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

  He is married to a 5-time Olympian (2-time Olympic silver medalist) and World Champion swimmer Martina Moravcova Valko, and they reside in Dallas, Texas, with their daughter Karolina. Martin is fluent in Slovak, Czech, and English, and conversant in Russian.

if you trust the estate agent then use him, but if you dont trust him, or know much about him, then you should find a landlord directly. since you are going to nyc, most of your landlords will not be american. this is a very international city. for example, alot of indians rent to other indians. hispanics to other hispanics. you should be careful with estate agents because alot of them will lie to you just to get the comision. they are salesmen, just like any other salesmen. they make a living off comision. i would say you should have a chat with the agents before actually making a decision. personally, i prefer dealing with the landlord directly, but they dont advertise in the same way that agents do. have a look around craigs list. a big estate agent in nyc is century 21. did you have a part of nyc in mind? each part is quite different. manhattan is very different from all the other parts of nyc. manhattan is also very picky. i have heard of people having to pay the full 6 months rent in advance because they couldnt prove their income. that is like $12 000. a lot of money. some peoples yearly income. if you are studying in midtown, i would suggest jersey city. if you are studying uptown (ie colombia uni) then live in the bronx. if you are studying downtown (ie nyu), then live in brooklyn. jersey city has the best prices. if you are rich, then you can live in manhattan, but be prepared to fork over $2000 a month.

I am planning to invest my money is share market?

Can anyone tell me "how much is too much" in writing a letter of personal statement.. . Im applying to a college in the USA and my personal statement letter is about a page and a half long. Is this too long?. . Apart from grammatical errors what other things should i look out for that will penalise me and in effect what should i talk about.. . In the letter i talk about what i have done in the last six months , What I hope to do (ambitions in life) in the future,my personality, hobbies and i even explain in extensive detail some of the things I have done. Like learning to trade on the stock exchange and how I am preparing to start my own internet based business.. . What should i focus on in writing this letter and how long should it idealy be:?. By the way is it even WISE to show some kind of preference for the school by saying stuff like "I really like this school" Or "I really would be honoured to continue my studies here or somehting" Bare in mind that I am a transfer student.
