Ignore them until you get an actual letter from their attorney. This sounds like nothing but talk on their part. Most attorneys I know would look at the receipt, point out that it says "as is" and say that they don't have a case.. . Change your cell #'s if you are concerned about the calls. Draft up a Cease and desist letter and send it to them. There are a number of templates on-line, and you could always have a lawyer write one up for you (they won't usually charge much and it will have a law firm letterhead to make it seem scarier), but here is an idea of what you should say:. . "Dear Sir/Madam,. Re: 2002 Toyota Celica sold on [date].

My sister and brother live in america and i live in india. we have a property in india that belonged to my grandfather and has to be divided between his children who are 7. my father has expired so we three as heirs get a share of the property. the buyer is asking for a general power of attorney from my sister and brother in my name giving me rights to sell the property. can this power of attorney be made in india and sent to them to sign or should it be made in america. how expensive is it. the buyer says it costs around 7% of the sales. is that right??.

I'm 18 and I don't have a middle name and I would really like one. . How do I go about getting one? Is there a complicated process to it? Is there a lot of stuff and documents I need to get?. What is the cost of this process?. . I live in New York City.. . I'm about to get my learner's permit soon too haha. . It'd also be nice to have it appear on that :P (But not the reason why I want a middle name)

it's for my project, pls. help me!!.
