One of the things that separate us from other personal injury law firms is that we do not wait around for only the very large, catastrophic personal injury cases. We believe that all clients injured because of the negligence of another are entitled to professional and personal representation. While we are experienced handling very serious and catastrophic injury cases, we provide all of our clients with our full attention and the kind of legal representation to which they are entitled.

Most injury and insurance cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis. The client owes no attorney fees unless our firm succeeds in obtaining a settlement or verdict in the client's favor. We advance the expenses of the case including investigation, court costs, depositions (sworn statements), expert fees, preparation of exhibits for trial, research, travel, and gathering medical records.

So basically, its a letter for you to introduce yourself in a way that is simple, short yet able to leave a huge impression towards your recruiter in order for him/her to be interested to view your resume.. . While it may not be that important if you are applying in small companies, but for big companies with high volume of application, it's necessary to get that forefront advantage of being viewed first.

I'm applying to like 100 jobs this weekend, just taking around my resume to loads of different shops and someone suggested I include a cover letter but I don't know what I'm supposed to include int he letter can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks.

Alright, so I received my W2 form in late January. I got home and noticed that my SS# was WRONG!. I called the store, the manager told me to bring my W2 up there, write the correct SS# on top of the form, and that he will send it to his supervisor.. I did exactly as I was told.. A week went by, no W2.. Another week went by, no W2. However I did call every other day and was told I will receive a call back when it was ready.. Another week went by, guess what? NO W2!!!. They had my W2 form for over a month, no body called me back. I called today and asked if it was up there, and sure enough it was. I went up there happy as a fat kid in a chocolate factory.. I got my W2 and looked at the SS#, and it was right.. So I go home, sit down and look over the W2.. WTF!!! Nothing has been filled out but my name, address, SS#, employers ID# and employers EIN#.. No wages, no tips, no nothing! . I called the Supervisor and told him that nothing had been filled out, and he said, "I thought all you needed was your SS#?". I said, "Well yea that's the only thing that needed to be changed, but I still need the other information otherwise it's useless!". He asked if I still had my old W2 and I said, no I was told to bring it back to the store with my correct Social on it and that the manager was going to send it to you (supervisor).. He said no, I don't have it.. I called the store and asked if it was up there and the manager said he sent it to the supervisor. . Either way, I believe they are suppose to fill out an entire new form if something was inaccurate on the original, because I can't file my taxes with one form having the wrong social on it along with a useless form with nothing filled out but my name, address, and correct social. Employer's EIN and ID.. I can't get through to the IRS. . I am going to try to figure something out on the web site, I don't know what to do! The last day to do my taxes is April 15 and here it is March 5!!!. When I talked with the supervisor about my W2 form not being filled out, he said he will give me a call back. That was over 2 hours ago. No call back yet. I called him back and told him that I need my W2 form now! Not later! I am pregnant and due March 24! I don't have a crib yet because I was planning on using my taxes which I would have had by now! I also told him that I will be contacting the IRS if I do not receive my taxes! . Please let me know of something I can do to get my accurate W2 form before April 15! I don't know what else to do! I have never had to go through this ever!. At the bottom where it states that I called him back, I meant to state that I didnt get an answer but left the message telling him that I will be contacting the IRS. He has not called me back yet..
