Well this is a quite long story.... we were in relationship since 2003 (when i was 16 n she was 15) till 2006. After 2006, She left me, she broke up with me , and she was busy in making her career. She is a high paid model now. Then suddenly one day she called me up on birthday in 2007 and again we met. This time, our relationship was too strong. We understand each other mutually. But things were not fine and again we split up in 2008. It was very hard for me, I thought everything will be alright but I only got disappointments and nothing..I still see her pics with me n get emotional... I cried when she said Lets stop now and forget me forever, She also said some stupid things that I will be always remembered by her all the time.... we both were crying.. I asked her y r u leaving me then... she said nothing n walked away... whenever i pass that street, I miss her a lot. I tried my best to get her back... But I failed to do so. I cried every night. I tried on her no several times, but she doesnt tak any of my calls... One day she picked my call and she was yelling on me dat y i m calling every now and then, pls for god's sake pls stop calling me and search for me. Aftr few minutes I received her sms saying " Sorry I screamed at u, I know u will never forgive me in ur whole life....I got whacked by my bro and mom-dad ... they came to know about us dat we r in luv...Pls forget me..I know its not easy I miss u .... and pls forget me.... i hope u will get a nice girl who is 1000 times better than me...'. This happened in the year 2008. I completed my engg degree and she also became a model in 2008.. Then we never met. But a couple of days back I got an invitation letter from her that she is getting married. I called her up I told her dat pls u already broke my heart into pieces, now wat u want from me... U wil never get an idea how would I feel When you will have the wedding kiss with the other guy. I think you forgot our 1st kiss when we were 16... and today we r 25... long time na... but i didnt forget anything.. Pls y u sent this invitation dat u r getting married... Liz I loved u deeply and I thought One day U wil come backk to me... Always be back for your love, Never lose hope.... these words really dont hav any meaning now... we both were crying on phone..... had a very conversation around half an hour. Tomorrow she is getting married to her boyfriend.... And I feel like a biggest loser in the world..... This is the secret I can't share with my close friends and parents. I dont want to make fun of myself in front of them....

The surname I was born with is now different to what it is now. Does this mean my birth certificate would be no use as proof of identification? . If so, what would I have to do as I need some ID for when I go to college because they asked me to bring some when I start next month..

Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is a common cause of abnormal malodorous vaginal discharge and can be frustrating to manage in its recurrent form. Metronidazole is the standard treatment, but is unacceptable to many women when given repeatedly. Results of treating recurrent BV using a single vaginal washout with 3% hydrogen peroxide are analysed. A total of 30 symptomatic women with clinically confirmed recurrent BV in the absence of other genital infections were recruited after informed consent. Hydrogen peroxide (3%) was instilled into the vagina, left for 3 minutes and drained. Reassessment was at 3 weeks after treatment. A total of 23 women completed the study. Symptoms cleared completely in 78% (18/ 23), improved in 13% (3/23) and remained unchanged in 9% (2/23). All the 3 women with improved symptoms had a mild vaginal discharge, but only one of them was still able to perceive the malodour. The amine test was negative in all 23 women including the 2 (9%) who felt no change in their symptoms following treatment. Mixed anaerobes isolated in all women before treatment were not re-isolated, and microscopy did not show 'clue cells' in the vaginal discharge following treatment. Vaginal acidity was restored to normal in all but one (96%). No side-effects were observed in the treated women. Hydrogen peroxide (3%) used as a single vaginal wash was as effective as any other agent in current use in clearing the vaginal malodour of bacterial vaginosis at 3 weeks after treatment.
