~ Once you are out of your parents house they cannot threaten to kick you out for claiming yourself on your taxes. You have every right to claim yourself. Do it.

. Thank You!.

I've spent 30+ years witing business correspondence. If you plug your information in this format, you should be golden. If your teacher doesn't agree, send me an e-mail!. . All business letters should have the same structure:. . Date. . Name of person addressed. Name of Company or Organization. Address of Company or Organization. City, State, Zip (or equivalent depending on country). . Dear Name,. . first paragraph: a sentence or two stating why you are writing.. . second paragraph: give the facts and information supporting your request. This can actually be more than one paragraph or if several facts need to be expanded, use bullets. Don't use emotional language or going off the target of your request.. . third paragraph: tell the addressee what you want them to do or what you want to happen. Be clear without emotional language or going off the target. Give your address and/or phone number at the end to be sure it's easy for the addressee to find it.. . Use Sincerely or Thank You,. . Signature. Print or Type Your Name. . This is a universal format. Good for any type of business letter. It is designed to for a positive response even if the answer is no, leaving a good impression for further negotiations should that be necessary.

It's sort of a legal entity that spells out exactly how you want an investment managed. It's like a will, but for when you are alive. . Say you want to give money to your grandkids for college. But you don't want them to have it all at once, or spend it on anything besides college or a trip to Europe, and you don't want it to get taxed or whatever. A lawyer can write up a living trust to make all that official.. . It's also helpful when you die, because it can help you get around inheritance tax and stuff like that. For example, I created a living trust, and designated that everything I own, property and life insurance and everything, is part of the trust when I die, and stated who's in charge of giving it all out when I die. . The bonus of the trust over a will is that I can change my mind at any time by just adding on a memo that invalidates the earlier stuff and having one person witness the new memo, instead of having a lawyer draw up a whole new will.

i would like to expand my business - tell me where i can have the sample letters. we are exporting seafood and farm products to korea.
