Heres the deal. My grandma appointed my uncle "durable power of attorney", and she has a living husband. Now my Grandpa wants durable power of attorney over her, because he is having a hard time getting my uncle or my grandma to sign the income tax. She is just coming out of a mental hospital so she is unable to sign for herself, and my uncle will not sign either. He wants to know if you can have 2 durable power of attorneys, or if there is some way he can override both of them and become a higher power of attorney over her brother. If so, we need to know how to go about doing this..
