I have been in the process of starting my own business. I am down to the legalities of getting my permit now. Seeing as my husband often contributes large sums of money I would like to incorporate him into the business. However, I say this knowing I want it to be different from a regular partnership. I want him to be regarded as a sponsor and not a business partner because that is the reality of the situations.
