You must find out the address of the district attorney and send them a letter explaining the situation. Attorneys do this all the time. Your letter should stress that your evidence is overwhelming exculpatory and will in fact prove that you were exercising your first amendment rights. The effect of this prosecution would reflect negatively in federal court. Also include links to the online servers that produce this information, and possibly name of individuals that can substantiate that this was part of a documentary.. . Then there are a few other things you can do. You may want to find out if there is a motions court. You could potentially get this kicked sooner by filing a motion to dismiss in motions court. You could also file a motion to introduce video tape evidence and a motion to compel discovery of any and all video tape evidence seized and in possession of the prosecution. The prosecution is required by law to produce any relevant evidence by order of the court, and any exculpatory evidence with or without a court order. A motion is just a demand from the court. A motion must have the relief sought and the reason why. Your local rules of criminal procedure should give you directions on how to file a motion. Just do an internet search for your local courts or state courts and it should be in there. They should have a pdf of a sample motion.. . Finally, even if you are acquitted or the charges are dismissed, you must file a petition to expunge your record. OTHERWISE, this arrest will show up on a criminal background check. Usually, the motions court will be the same place to expunge your record. You can only expunge once you have a final disposition that does not result in a no-contest/nolo contendere or guilty. You may have to pay a filing fee for this. You most likely will not be able to get the prosecution to pay for this because it sounds like the officer had probable cause to arrest. Probable cause is only a likelihood of criminal activity given the circumstances known to the police officer at the time.. ------------. under the rules of evidence, if you fail to provide the prosecution with exculpatory evidence, the case will get CONTINUED to a later date. Failing to provide the prosecution with exculpatory evidence will not lead to the exclusion of such evidence ever. Can you imagine sending innocent people to jail because their discovery got lost in the mail?

Is that all colleges need a secondary school report? And I am using the common app.. So I have to download the form form common app,. I have been told that even the college doesn't mention they need it, I still have to mail them the secondary school report?. . Also. . I asked a teacher to write me a recommendation letter. She did and she had also mail it. . I now look at the some college requirements, and found that some need teacher evaluation form and some need a recommendation letter.. . So, a recommendation letter is just the same thing as teacher evaluation form, right?. . If I have sent a letter already, should I still send the teacher evaluation form?. . Also, can I ask the same teacher who help me to write the recommendation letter to fill in the form?. . If the college doesn't ask for the counselor recommendation letter, I can just send a "secondary school report" , right?. . Can anyone help me, please?.
