I work freelance developing databses... and sometimes I have to monitor and check clients programs from wherever I am... . SO I might go in starbucks (usually each morning)... buy a cofee or something and log into thier network, Usually I have to buy something so they give me the web key.... . Can those expenses be written as an expense?? How?? Where?.

I know how to evaluate this claim if the claimant were just a regular person. My concern is if we cannot settle this case, we will have go to court and have a jury decide how much we have to pay.
