Hi I am a real estate agent and I also use prop. management software but here is what I use if you are curious.. . First of all I have a palm pilot. Very inexpensive you can buy one on ebay. Make sure if you do get an rechargeable one so you don't have to buy batteries.. . Then I have a software program on it called SMARTLIST TO GO which is software for the palmpilot BUT it also goes on the desktop so everything I type into the software also goes in my hand held computer.. . The thing I love about it is the city I specialize in or My farm, as they say, is 30,000 residential houses and I have all 30,000 in that little palm pilot handheld! I can instantly pull up all the owners info (I don't have to be wireless its all stored on the device) such as loan amounts, when they bought it, even their names and all the info on their house and their home number etc.. It allows me to jot info into it also and edit it.. . For property management and rentals the best thing in my opinion is probably already on your computer. Its called microsoft WORKS and comes with most windows systems.. . In works there is a database program and it even has templates in there or COOKIE CUTTER form designs for prop. management or rentals or employees etc... . You can use that database to, keep track of rents, send letters to the tenants, print labels, even call them if you have a modem connected to your computer.. . For property management however that is a very mobile type of business and I like the palm pilot for that.. . If you get a palm pilot what is wonderful about it is it always comes with free desktop software so if you type things into the desktop it also SYNCHRONIZES it on the palm.

Because of increased power amongst homophobic right-wing organizations, the following things have happened recently in Florida:. . 1) Gay Marriage is Forever Banned in the state constitution.. 2) Civil Unions are Forever Banned in the state constitution.. 3) Teaching Creationism instead of Science is now legally protected.. 4) Gay parenting and adoption is now illegal. (Gays have even had their own children taken from them.). 5) There are 9 Republicans in the state Senate and only 4 Democrats (even though the population is 50/50 and the state voted for Obama and Hillary in twice the numbers than voted for McCain).. . But all we hear about in the media is Carrie Prejean (Miss California) and what kind of shoes Mrs. Obama was wearing....

I have a court summons to appear in court for driving with no insurance. Now I do have insurance, just had last years paperwork with my accidentally.. I noticed that the insurance company never changed my name on my insurance (I am married and my license has my married name on it) so my license and insurance don't match.. I have called my insurance company and they are changing my name on my insurance paperwork but I haven't received it yet. Do you think if I brought my insurance papers (which include my car's vin #) and my marriage certificate to show the name change that would be enough? I do have insurance. (I live in Ontario Canada).
