I am confused about estate planning?

several years ago i made alot of medical bills. I then had a need for an attorney so I saw one. i was sent huge bills. (1000's of dollars). I am a student and I have several kids and their dad is not reliable to help me or in the picture. i only have a couple hundred dollars child support per month to live on. i am also not able to even afford childcare so i can work or go to school all the time i need to. I send them to relatives or firends but just the few days a week i go are too much for them aready. for this reason my classes are taking longer to finish because i have had to wait until some are online ones. we have a place to live from one of our relatives but only on the condition if I go to school full time. so, because i have no education (i left in middle of high school) i cannot get a job that will even cover childcare full time so i can go to school and pay the bills off, or become self sufficient. (the chespest childcare in my area for the kids i have would be about $75/day for just 8 hrs.... which is about the same rate of pay for a job i could get. I would have debt from that once I added the extra hour of child care for my commuting and the gas costs I'd have to pay. as it is i am on assistance (med insur. and food). I want to pay the bills off which come to a total of $18000 but I do not know how. i have notices saying that soon i will be sued if some are not paid off. Is there anywhere that offers help to people like me? any goverment program for debts?.. childcare?.... credit counseling?.

I am about to choose my choices and i do. know whether to go into law or health care. I posted a question about law and many people said it was very expensive and hard to find employment. So i have been considering going into health care instead. I wanted to know what jobs are in health care? How much do they pay per year and how long it takes to be qualified in that profession.. A name change is an expensive, legal process, and it CANNOT be done by deed poll. You have to hire an attorney and go before the Court, and petition the Court to change your name. You have to pay attorney's fees, court filing fees, and any name-change fee that your identifying documents may impose.
