I've posted a question already asking about Power of Attorney but, I'm wondering.. I read somewhere on google that I could get parental or general power of attorney but, I would need the parents signature. I know my boyfriend would sign but, I know his daughter's mother wouldn't. Would we still be able to do this? That way I can go through with getting her shot records & getting her enrolled in school since her father works such long hours and doesn't have the time..
