"FIGHT ON"

A living trust. With a will you are subject to the democrates death tax. I believe it is either 35% or 40%. Don't feel bad though, last year it was 50% of everything you owned went to the government. With a living trust, think of it like a corporation. When the President steps down a new person takes over. The company doesn't just stop or close down. That is the same with a living trust. The person you appoint as the trustee, steps in like nothing happened. Since the trust is, quote unquote, still alive there is no death tax to pay. This is what the rich do to bypass paying the death tax.
