Anyone give me idea of preparing a covering letter?

In my opinion, it is never good for someone to attempt to 'write a letter of resignation' or any other letter on behalf of someone else. CASE IN POINT: I am a teacher. When I read my students' papers, I know full well who has copied and who has written the work on their own.

power of attorney problems?

Can you explain the meaning of " A life interest in half the remainder of the estate." Does it mean she will get half the balance in cash or is it more to do with income from savings/property etc.? . Does her life interest end when she dies so that any remaining property can be sold? . Can she sell or bequeath "a life interest in half of the remainder" to someone else? . If you can help I'd be much obliged..
