I had my name changed during my naturalization too and true, your certificate doesn't show your old and new names. What ended up happening was that they put the wrong birthdate on my certificate so I had to go to immigration again and had it changed. When I got my corrected naturalization certificate, the person there also gave me a piece of paper saying that I had legally changed my name from this to that. Maybe you could ask for a proof from the court that handled your oathtaking ceremony for that document. That name change document came from the court of my county. Check with yours.. . Good luck.
