estate planning

A friend of mine has refferred me to her place of work, as she believes that I would be a great fit (it's a hospital). She gave me a contact name and I am going to go in to inquire about any open positions. I have filled out an application, and have my resume ready to turn in, but am unsure how to go about my cover letter. I do NOT know for sure what position I will be applying for as I don't know for sure what openings there are, but would like to have my app, resume, and cover letter prepared to give the hiring manager when I go in to talk to her. So I'm wondering how to write a cover letter in this case, when I don't know a specific job, and would like to drop the name of my contact into the letter? I have written cover letters before, but they came much easier as I knew the exact position and all that before writing them. Any suggestions? Thanks!.

I am an export/omport agent. I am looking for contract letters, sample trade letters, Letter of Intent, things like that that have to do with trade and buying and selling products overseas. I would like to find these on the net for free.. . Most sites they want you to pay for a download and sometimes I am not sure that is the letter I need.. . Thanks.. Thanks for the link.. . Unfortunately, I have Office 2000 and those forms are for Office 2003, in fact every form I click wnts me to put in the Product Key for Office 2003. . Anything for Microsofe Office 2000?.

I don't see a point in it! If I want my wife to have access to my money I will open up a joint account or set up a automatic transfer so that every month of the 1st and 15th she will get money in her account. I don't see why people need Power of Attorneys when there are simpler ways. The only thing I see good about Power of Attorneys are that it allows my wife to buy a house in my name. What else is good about Power of Attorneys as far as deploying?. It's not that I don't want her to have access to my money. She does have access to it. We have joint accounts and she has debit card access to all of my USAA accounts. Thats what I'm saying. Its so simple to just put her name on the accounts so why go through the trouble of get a Power of Attorney to give her access. Heck I might as well get a Power of Attorney for her to get my car a oil change too. I guess the point you made about my getting wounded is a good point though I would think that they would automatically let my wife make decisions for me if I couldn't do it myself.. Well I'm starting to see more why people need Power of Attorneys. Also, I'm not saying I don't trust my wife but I'm not dumb. I've seen many soldiers and airmen come back from a deployment and find out that their bills haven't been paid and that there money is all gone. I don't believe my wife will do that but I'm not gonna give anyone that sort of power over me. If you want to do that then thats good for you. I guess when I deploy I'll get a specific power of attorney that says she can handle everything but buy stuff on my credit and emptying my bank account. I will set up a automatic transfer through my bank to make sure she has enough money. I was hoping someone was gonna come up with something original though..

How should I go about buying a California legal M1A?
