• Joel Kleinman joined Dickstein Shapiro LLP in 1974, and became a partner in 1981. Mr. Kleinman works in the Complex Dispute Resolution Practice, and primarily focuses on insurance coverage, liabilities, and mass tort litigation. He has worked with a large medical device manufacturer to secure hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance coverage for liabilities arising from mass tort litigation involving silicone breast implants, allegedly contaminated blood therapies, and natural rubber latex gloves.
