Real Estate

Should i follow my dream, go surf in Hawaii for the winter or start investing in real estate?

Does anyone know of any website that can help me write a cover letter for my resume. I know they have resume?

Really... just be honest and forthcoming with your applications and essays. Play yourself up, but only in a truthful manner. Your GPA isn't stunning and your SAT scores are less than exemplary. Make them believe that you are well-rounded and driven, which you seem to be. Don't insult them by pretending that martial arts and chinese club are actually community service. I don't know what interact club is, but it certainly doesn't seem like community service.

it is my first time to apply as cashier and i have no experience about it..

My husband and I bought our first home in January of this year (2009). The home was appraised at that time for 336k and we paid 300,777 for it because the old owners were going through a divorce and just wanted out. Right now we make ends meet every month but with little to spare. What would be our best course of action here? Should we take out a home equity loan for the equity we have and dump it back into the house, should we re-fi for a lower monthly mortgage pmt or will neither work? Our rate is 5% which is great but the monthly pmts are $2500.....HELP!!!!!!. I apologize if you think my question makes no sense. I am unsure and that is why I asked it. That's what this is for, right? As I said, we are FIRST time home buyers so we are unsure of a few things. We make it by, we just wanted to see if we could get more wiggle room. The first answer was a big help...appreciate it!!.

A special needs trust was established for an adult who was considered disabled and incapacitated and $300,000 dollars in cash was placed into this trust and a professional trustee and professional guardian appointed by the superior court for this person to manage this trust and be the guardian of this person and there estate and this trust. This trustee/guardian was paid there fees to be the trustee/ guardian of this person from this special needs trust containing $300,000 dollars in cash. In under two years this $300,000 dollars in cash was all spent down on trustee/guardian and attorney and guardian ad litem fees and then this disabled person was handed back there capacity and told by the court there not disabled anymore. This person now since this trustee/guardianship has been terminated has collection agencies coming after them for unpaid medical bills totaling more than $10,000 dollars and has the IRS coming after them for $60,000 dollars of federal tax liens on there estate and this person has no SSI or any medical benefits. who do you think this special needs trust was established for.. Is there any attorneys out there that want to help this person correct this unjustice they recieved. you can clearly see by just looking at the court dockets of this trust and guardianship of this person and also see clear as day when you look up this person in the court name search that his person is under two different names in the trust and guardianship and you can also see clear as day in these two court dockets that a guardian ad litem filed a notice of appearance without a petition and court order giving them the authority to file a notice of appearance. This guardian ad litem wrote in there gal report that there was no liablities against the trust and estate and was paid close to $10,000 dollars for this report from this special needs trust..
