In section 1 is asking me for 3 BRP reference number, I dont have one as I dont have Biometric Residence Permit in the first place! what do i put in these gaps.

What kind of letter should I write for a request to Nationwide Mutual Funds?

As in my real name, not my online nick. i was the given the most embarrassing name when i was born, was constantly made of at school because of said name (the details of which i wont go into), and now ive had enuff. i wanna get rid of it.. . so how do i go about changing it?.

Sure, send a cover letter.. . Keep it simple - formats can be found online.. . A few key things: You need to catch the readers eye so pick a couple of points out of your resume and put them on display in the cover letter. So if you were great at sales and improved sales by ___%, and that is on your resume, give a LITTLE more detail in the cover letter to draw them in and make them read the resume, which will hopefully lead to them calling you.. . Good luck!
