i am presently job searching, i noticed many employers ask for a resume and also a "cover letter". what is a cover letter, any examples?.

I'm only 19 and I don't know too much about investing...but I am trying to develop a 5 year to lifetime plan dealing with real estate investments. Originally I already had a plan going with my fiance, and the house he owns currently is mostly paid off and is currently being rented and making some "passive income" (Rich Dad, Poor Dad), but I have to change my plans in more ways than one. Anyway, with the current housing market, and the numerous amount of foreclosures, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to save up money to put money down on a foreclosure (namely in California since the value of houses appreciates so quickly there) and then live in it for a year or so and then rent it out, and repeat the process. Also how exactly does it work when you go to buy a foreclosure? I've heard many different things. And can you suggest cities/states where it would be better for me to do this sort of thing? And is this even a good idea, or do you have better ideas? Thank you!!.

First of all stay OUT of dorchester and roxbury.. parts of mission hill.. . The Allston-Brighton area is very young... mostly young college age.. . If you're working at Mass General you'll want to be in the red line, so I would recommend Cambridge or the North End. (In Cambridge: Harvard Square, Inman or Porter) possibly south boston but you kind of need to know the area over there.. . If you're working at Boston Medical I would say live in the South End, very hip and trendy.

Generally speaking, you want to be converting around 10% of your job applications into interviews. So the vast majority of your applications are going to come to nothing so its important to be realistic about the outcome. However, if you are finding your are not getting any responses at all there a few things you can try.

i am geting a name change i payed a lawyer about 1000$ for it. And she gave me a copy of a court order to change my name when i went tp the social security office they said i need a original.
