it todays mortgage crisis, good luck getting your payments reduced. You want someone to write your letter for you? Whatever happened to taking care of yourself? sorry to sound harsh, but the best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your own arm. That said, rather than trying to get out of your mortgage obligation, try increasing your income and i would avoid places like the above answerer suggested--if making money were that easy, everyone would be doing it. Places that offer quick easy ways to make money are mostly bogus. I'd be very wary as at some point, you will have to pay them money. Better try for a second, part time job, or, if possible, get a roommate to provide you with additional income. Clean out a garage and have a sale, that might work. Bottom line is, there are millions like you who are in big trouble and only you can get yourself out of it. Good luck and sorry i don't have easy cures--if i did (or anyone did) then there would be no debt, ever.

In this case the contract you and the mother signed does nothing of the kind. As it is, it specifically says that you own the copyrights. So you can still use if for anything you want. Unless you are blocked by privacy rules because of the people on it making objections.
