I am intrested in doing own business?

were in four names my father Mother and two of my sisters, my mother has been in a home for the last 4 years and one of my sisters has power of attorney . My question is can we add other sisters and brothers onto the deeds of the house . Thanking you. I think maybe I did not give enough information my sister has POA for my mother who can not make any decisions for herself and has been like this for the past four years so my sister has total control on all of her transactions, We are a family with six brothers & sisters but on the new deeds are just my Mother & two of my sisters who had to be on it for the mortgage payments to start with . But now the house is motgage free we want to add the remaining four brothers & sisters onto the deeds. Send a second duplicate letter (to be sure he gets it. (if the certified letter comes back because of no signature..keep it..do not open it). . In this letter inform the landlord that as of some date if the problems are not resolved you will seek other accommodations, and the further the landlord is liable for your costs due to his failure to provide habitable living space.. . I've used the word accommodations because in most States the failure of the landlord in a case like this leaves him responsible for pay for your alternate housing till it is fixed...or refund your rent while the problem remains unresolved.
