I really need a resume format, or a sample resume, does anyone know a good site that I can go to.?

You cover letter should have a header like your resume, under that on the left you should have the date go to next line and have the hiring managers name next line under that company name next line under that the company address. They should all be on the hand side of the page. Then you should start it off as a regular letter, Dear-----, . The first paragraph should express interest in the job and how you heard of the job as well as compliments. . Second paragraph should have why you're a good candidate for the job as well as a little about yourself. . Third paragraph tells when you'll follow up and thanks them for taking the time to review your stuff. . Thank you, . Your signature . Your name printed.

A comment made about an answer I made on here is what let me to put this question on here. Personally I feel that technology has made the family farm impractical. With the kind of equipment needed to run a farm today the big corporate farm is able to spread those costs around where the small family farm cannot. Also they can have farm land scattered around the world were a bad year in one spot doesn't hurt them like the family farmer. They can buy in volume which the family farmer can't. Now it is possible to make a small family farm work, because my father did. I was raised on a small ranch in southern Colorado and my folks were able to raise on 5 of us. The most critical thing is you have to pinch pennies at all times. When you have a good crop and make some money, you save it because you have no idea when the next year will come. You have to be able to do many different things. You buy used equipment and vehicles and make them last as long as possible. When they breakdown you fix them yourself. In addition to being a mechanic, you have to be a electrician, plumber, carpenter, welder, etc. Because in addition to being able to fix everything you also have to be able build a barn if need or if you need to put an addition on the house you do it. While growing up we never took a vacation as a family. We rarely stay overnight as a family since we had to get back to milk the cows. It is really a 7 day job because there is always something that needs done.. . Now if you are willing to live like that than you could probably make it, but I have a feeling that few people would want to live that kind of life.. . About the only government money we got was from the Social Conversation for soil conversation work we did on the ranch and that didn't last many years because my father finally got tired of fighting their yahoos who didn't know their rear ends from a hole in the ground..

    Deed Poll??

My boyfriend is buying a home with a friend. He was just told yesterday that it is good to have a contract between him and his friend in case anything happens. Now I'm not sure which contract this is, but he asked me to look up "Joint Tenancy" but every time I do it's about renters. He is actually going to be on the Deed, and he needs to write up a contract but doesn't have a clue where to start. I need a sample contract or something to go by that I can add on to, of course any advice is greatly appreciated but I need something like a template to start with so I can include the names, etc. PLEASE HELP!!!! The house closes on the 10th and he wants to include it in the contract. YOUR HELP IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED.. Just a note, the paperwork through a realator is already put through, he just wants a contract stating what will happen if someone backs out, etc..

Will switching Tax Attorneys prior to the next audit appoinent cause "Red Flags" to the irs examiner? I am just not very confident it my representatives services at this time..
