. . "Security of Personal Information. There is nothing about public dissemination of your information. As the damage may already have been done, you could make a "screen shot" of your site and then take advantage of the opt-out offer given in the agreement, specifying you want all personal information removed from the Web. First make sure the site AMG created for you is not just for your access and theirs (see if you can access it independently on the Internet, such as by Googling yourself), and if need be consult a solicitor to make sure the actual existence of the site isn't necessary for claimed damages.. . It looks to me as if the operative term in the agreement is "other schemes."

I want to change my name to my husbands and also our son's. Our sons is different because we originally decided to name him after his grandparents but now we would all like the carry the same name. I planned on going to the social security office tomorrow but do i need to bring my son with me? [he's 2] My husband will not be able to go. Does anyone know what it takes to change last names in Texas?.

My father lives in California but owns a vacant house in another state, He's at an age where he doesnt want to deal with said house in any way shape or form.. I've been traveling to that house preparing (fixing it up) it for rental. He agreed to power of attorney so I could sign papers on his behalf with a realty firm- so they could manage it as a rental.. I'd also like to set up some sort of bank account under his name so the realty firm could deposit $$ from rent.. Question (1) Would power of attorney signed in CA be valid in other states?. (2) Is there a way to set up a bank account (in his name) to where he couldnt touch the funds? He's working and has some money but I'd like him to have better retirement funds. I did look on legalzoom but there arent any answers.. . -Thanks.

I want to have a garage sale?

Since your ex pays child support, I'm assuming that he does have at least partial custody even though you have her most of the time. If this is correct, you are required to either get his signature or after your court date he will get official notice of the petition and have a chance to oppose it.. . From what I can tell, you pretty much need to get her father on board with it if he has any parental rights still, regardless of his presence in her everyday life.. . In this day and age, though, I really think it's unnecessary to change her name. I mean, blended families are EVERYWHERE. She will feel like a black sheep if you treat her like one, her last name isn't really going to make a difference unless she's treated differently. The school should be used to having different last names from the same family, because, like I said, blended families are super common. If anything, I would think changing her last name would lead to confusion in the long run and a separation from her birth father, which is rarely a good thing (unless he's abusive or something in which case he shouldn't have rights anymore).
