i'm writing a business letter...?

Our recent television ads say we will reduce the debt in a balanced way by causing the wealthy to pay a little more. How much is that little more? 100 percent income tax is not enough.

Should the letter be printed out and mailed to the company in a envelope or emailed or should a card be sent. I need the most common professional way..

How can I do this without the realisation of my parents?. And can i use both names, or is it simply the change as final?. I just would like something more original than my mother's middle name as mine..

I have to type a formal letter for Honors English and I don't know how to make the format like that of a formal letter. My teacher said that our computer should already have a setting that allows you to choose the format. How do I access the formal letter format? I have Microsoft Word 2007..

I have a Panasonic Plasma TV that has completely broken down after 4 1/2 years. I thought that according to the sale of goods act it should reasonably last for 6 years so contacted Panasonic who said that I would have to pay for repair as I didn't take out an extended warranty. Is it worth taking to small claims court?.
