this is the 2nd year in a row that a former employee has not sent my w-2 forms to me...each time i would have to call at least for 2-3 days and leave numerous msgs and yet no one would call me back...in the end i would have to fax over personal info to my employeer and at there convienience they would fax my w-2 form to me....and they have said they would mail the original but as far as last years go i still have not recived it....nor have i recieved this years w-2.
