I've been a hiring manager for over 25 years and I will tell you that it is absolutely okay to use first person pronouns in your cover letter. In fact, it's impossible to write a good cover letter that sells your experience and accomplishments without using the words I, my, and me!

I was just wondering if this is right?? as i dont say i have this experience or this quality to contribute to your organisation, so do i actually have to say this?. . I have some gaps in my work history on my cv and i was wondering where exactly i explain this.

i know what to put on a resume, just where do u put it in the ways of formatting it? Also, whats a cover letter & how are u suppose to make 1?.

Should you refuse to name your girlfriend or mitigate the situation with the dogs, the landlord has the right to evict you after your notification period has expired. If she was required to give you 30 days notice, on day 31, she can file to evict you in civil court. Eviction proceedings take anywhere from 14-90 days, and yes, you still owe rent while being evicted. Once the eviction goes through, you will be given notice to vacate and if you don't, she can get a writ of possession and have a Sheriff or Marshall physicially remove you while movers move your property. She can then bill/sue you for the cost of the law enforcement and the movers.. . Edit: "Grandfathering" only occurs with a written lease agreement and only stands until the end of the lease. A rental agreement, verbal or written, with no end date, can be changed at ANY time, with notification in writing.

How much will it cost me to change my name back to my original name that I was born with?
