Well, Lawyers spend lot's of time reading, this can strain the eyes so adequate lighting is needed.. So eye fatigue is a health issue.. . Some Lawyers can work longer hours on cases which may also require them to be away from their families if they travel to other states for cases.. . Huge Safety issue for Prosecutors is: re v enge. Sometimes prosecuting can be a dangerous job because if criminals get out they can do great harm to a prosecutor. Even their accomplices could do harm too. Many prosecutors always have this in the back of their minds. You can find many newspaper stories about such events.. This is one major reason why you'll find there are more defenders in the justice system than prosecutors.. . Lawyers also spend a lot of time behind a desk, so usually they'll have their secretaries look for related materials and the lawyers don't get to move a lot. This could cause obesity.

i need to be able to fill in the name and add and date on certain things. im lost.

My fiance does landscaping jobs on the side of his real job and I want to get him a basic contract written up. He has had a time or two where people have tried to screw him out of the money - even after the work was done (and the job was done right!). Does anyone have any links for information or thoughts on what i NEED to have in the contract. Like I said, I don't want anything too in debth, just something to cover the basics. He is not an "insured" company just enjoys doing it and can make a little extra money. He would like to get into his own business in the future but I know thats a lot of work. Any info would be appretiated! I have no clue where to start. Thanks!.

Dear [Current LTG],. . My name is [my name] and I am running to be Lieutenant Governor of Division [our division] for the 2013-2014 school year. I am currently a junior at [my school]. At school, I am involved in the following extracurricular activities:. ?Key Club (committee chair, 2 years). ?Latin Club (co-president, 2 years). ?Model United Nations. ?National Honor Society. ?Science Club. ?Varsity Basketball (winter). ?Varsity Track and Field (spring). . I wish to be lieutenant governor because I wish to further my involvement in Key Club. I joined Key Club as early as I possibly could, as a freshman. At the end of my freshman year, I was appointed committee chair of the Program committee, a position that I still hold up to this point. Now as a junior, I wish to be involved in Key Club even further, at a district level. I understand the importance of Key Club?s goals of service and caring, and I wish to carry them out to the best of my ability, as a lieutenant governor. Because it is my senior next year, this is my final opportunity to be as much involved in Key Club as possible, and I see being elected as lieutenant governor of our division as the perfect opportunity.. . There are several reasons why I believe that I will be a very successful lieutenant governor. In April of 2012, I attended the District Convention (DCON). This was a very important event, as I was able to meet members from all over the district. DCON also allowed me to familiarize myself a bit more with leadership at the district level. It also allowed to me to see how greatly we, as Key Clubbers, are positively influencing the lives of people affiliated with the organizations we support, and made me want to be as involved as possible in Key Club. In October, I attended the Key Leader weekend at Camp Calumet, New Hampshire. During the weekend, I and other participants learned about the 5 principles of a key leader: personal integrity, personal growth, respect, building community, and the pursuit of excellence. Using the knowledge that I acquired during the Key Leader weekend, I believe that I possess the ability to hold the position of lieutenant governor and lead to the best of my ability. Finally, in November, I attended a Regional Training Conference for my division and some surrounding divisions. During the RTC, I attended a workshop with you, [current LTG's name], the current lieutenant governor for Division [our division]. You spoke to me about the importance of communication with all of the clubs within the division, and also showed me your binder as an example of the organization skills necessary to be a good lieutenant governor. It was an informative session, and I came out of it understanding a lot about the position of lieutenant governor and what would be required of me, so that if elected, I will be able to pick up immediately where you will leave off. The position of lieutenant governor is a very demanding position. I understand the importance of time management, however, and will be sure to always be on top of my newsletters and other things required of me. I am able to put in 110% of the time and effort required of me, and it is for that reason that I believe that I will be a successful lieutenant governor.. . There are a few goals that I wish to accomplish if elected:. ?Increase communication between myself and clubs. ?Encourage all clubs to attend events to which they have been invited. ?Charter at least one new club. ?Come up with a division-wide service project for all clubs to participate in. ?Hold at least one President Officer Council Meeting (POCM) every two months. . I hope that I am considered for the position of Lieutenant Governor of Division 14-15, as it is a position that I would very much like to hold and I would work my hardest upon receiving it..

Simply state you would rather be associated with your mothers maiden name rather then your fathers name. For the future you will have to go through job applications & things so you will always be known with your last name. If you don't prefer your father's last name, just tell them you would like your mothers last name.. Especially if you are going to live with her.. If she gets remarried & has other kids they will all have the same last name, & you wouldnt.. . Personal Reasons would work just fine on a name change application though.. . Best of luck with your name change!
