Your cover letter should answer the following questions:. . 1. Who are you?. . 2. Why you are interested to work at the store.. . 3. Why you are qualified to work there.. . 4. Your contact info

Because it is not there does not necessarily mean it doesnt exist. Yours may be a state that does not require it.. . The best way I can think of is to check with the person's bank. If a POA was presented there to be used, the bank would make a copy of it to keep on file. I am not sure of the legality of them showing this to you though.. . One other thought comes to mind in this. You can get a standard revocation of power of attorney form from the legal section of your library and make a copy of it. Then use the revocation to erase any existing POA.. . I hope this helps and you find it useful

So here it is, i have a boyfriend who resides in NY. we've met during college days because he took up BS nursing here. he is a filipino but a US citizen. we've been together for 2+ years now and he was suppose to visit me this september but wasn't allowed by his new employer to have his vacation because he's new to his job and has to undergo orientation. So we talked about it and decided to try my luck and apply for a US visa so i can visit him instead. The thing is i'm a registered nurse though not practicing (and not planning to), i don't exactly have a show money since im still young (22y/o) but i am currently working as an event organizer (race specifically which i have another fun run this december 2012) + i have my permanent job (as administration officer on our family business), i dont have any relatives residing in US but i do have a couple of friends/batchmates that i can visit in NY. So the question is, is it advisable for me to state in my interview that im planning to visit my bf? and or do you have any tips that i should keep in mind during the interview given my informations? Thanks a lot! im really really looking forward to visit my bf in NY :).

Can a letter from a pc be traced?

Kudos to you for thinking about this kind of "stuff." Most folks think just having a will protects them.
