There are courses involved in a phlebotomy credential which you could probably take online, such as medical terminology, medical office procedures, and similar material, but, of course, you cannot get a legitimate credential for phlebotomy entirely online, since it involves skills which you must physically practice. There is also the consideration that you might take some courses online only to find out that the credits will not be accepted at a school where you could finish your credential. If you are seriously interested in working in a medical field, your best bet is to investigate "brick and mortar" institutions. Phlebotomy courses are regularly offered at private colleges, or you might be able to find something at a community college. While there are an increasing number of legitimate institutions which offer valid, transferrable courses online, there is still a considerable risk in trusting the value of "online" course work.
Your last paragraph is a mix of sounding whiny, sounding threatening, being demanding, and then asking for help. Not a good mix. The last paragraph should be a simple statement of how they can fix it.
Changing My Name (UK)..?
My aunt is living in a house that I am the sole owner of but she tried to get a quote to get the kitchen remodeled and they ran a deed trace and only my name came up. They wouldn't give her a quote because her name isn't on the deed. Is there any other option like a power of attourney or something else that would be sufficient for things like this or does she have to be on the deed?.
