Dad died trying to get copy of living trust is it public record?.

My mother has been taking care of an elderly Gentleman ( she works for him everyday, 10-12 hours a day, doing everything from cleaning him when he goes in his pants, to driving him around). He would like to leave her some of his money. . Every one thinks that she is a gold digger, which she is not, and they would make it impossible for her to get his money. If she is an heir they have no choice. This man has no children, and is a widow. These people trying to kick my mom out are just "friends", and they steal money from him constantly.

You can change your name to nearly anything that is not intrinsically offensive. That is, most judges will not OK a name change to Adolph Hitler or Pricky F*ckface. Nor are you likely to be able to change your name to something for fraudulent purposes.

Draw up a letter of agreement (and call it that) that states that you are giving the client permission for a one time reproduction of your works that is limited to a certain number of prints and/or within a given limited period of time and that they will pay you "X" amount of dollars for that print run. Don't give them unlimited access but state very clearly what they prints are going to be used for. One page will do it with spaces for you and their representative to sign, date and fill in the blank for time usage and what you will earn. Once you do, if they violate the agreement simply send them an immediate cease and desist letter and threaten legal action otherwise if they don't comply.. . I know so many artists who have let companies use their works with the intention of one thing and the client ended up using it over and over for notepads, coffee mugs, T-shirts and they didn't give them permission to do so and never saw a dime because they didn't get it in writing.

I'm making a business that uses a website, which can be connected to via an application (for phones, act), that users make their own accounts for the service. Besides a business plan, what else do I need to have or do?.
