    A native of Clemson, South Carolina, Ms. Kennickell graduated summa cum laude in 1998 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in American Studies. While attending the University of Tennessee, Ms. Kennickell was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

    Upon earning her undergraduate degree, Ms. Kennickell attended the University of Georgia School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2002. While at Georgia, Ms. Kennickell was a member of the Georgia Moot Court Team, where she competed with and coached the ABA Moot Court Team.

    Ms. Kennickell has been named to the 2013 "Best Lawyers in America" in the category of Medical Malpractice – Defendants. She can leave it to family members, the Church, or the Ice Cream Man if she so chooses.. . MS is not a terminal illness so cutting you Uncle out of her estate because she believes that MS will shorten his life is ridiculous. She can always use a Special Needs Trust to leave an inheritance to your Uncle. She can make provisions if he dies before her to cancel the Trust or leave a portion of her estate in a Life Estate to benefit him during his lifetime and then go on to someone else. There are many things that she can do to benefit those she believes deserve it. She should speak to an attorney who specializes in Wills and Trusts.. If SHE feels that your Father doesn't deserve her estate she can always leave it to the SPCA.. Explain the choices to her,
