Also I have a Brother, I get along with him very well even though he is 12 years older then me. He has lived with us off and on for the past five years after leaving the army and has been my best friend since I was 12. We have quite similar personalities. He would always take me out and I would hang out with him and his friends but now his girlfriend and him had a baby and he lives with her. My mother and I don?t really like his girlfriend and we don?t think she likes us as they don?t come over very often. Peace, Love & Happiness

I hope this helps!

Reference letter help?

Was wondering if it's true that the state can sue you if you go into the apartment of your loved one - even when you have a durable power of attorney. This is Texas.. . I was told this by someone I think is making it up.. . We have a loved one who lives in their father's estate's condo and they have let roaches, plumbing, electric, animals go all to hell.. . They are a hoarder too.. . If we go in the condo and clean it out. Can they really sue you?. . I know they can take all the person's funds - but can they take your personal effects, heirlooms, etc.?. . Wonder too if their funds can be used to pay bills, pay to have the property repaired, etc.?. . Any experiences you have would be appreciate!.
