• William P. Franklin, Jr. is a Martindale Hubbell "AV" rated partner in the Litigation section of the firm.   Mr. Franklin is a native of Buffalo, New York. He attended Hobart College and graduated in 1965 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Upon earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Franklin attended the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1968.

  Following his academic career, Mr. Franklin served as a Captain in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps from 1969 until 1973.

Why are the letters of the keyboard not alphabetized?

I've never done this before, so how do I get the process started? Do I just write this letter myself or do I have to get it certified somewhere? If so, is there a template I should follow? What should the general process of obtaining a visa look like? Any info wold help.. . Worst part of all is that the flight is already scheduled for July 1, so how long would the process take? Does it seem likely this process would take longer than 2 months? What are the chances we'll miss the flight (losing even more $)?.
