I have. Well, not a living trust. I did a last will and testament this spring and had no problems. My uncle (a non-estate planning lawyer) reveiwed it and said it was perfect for my situation. Make certain points as to why they should sponsor you. Never, ever mention any negatives about yourself. When writing the letter, present yourself with a professional outlook on your criteria. For example, instead of writing, "WAZZAP [insert business], YOU SHOULD SPONSOR ME BECAUSE I'M AWESOME," instead write something such as "I am looking for a sponsor to pursue my career in basketball. I am a hardworking person who will strive to meet standards." It's a bit corny, but business look for excellence and passion towards the area you want to proceed with (basketball).. . Now if you're asking how to get into contact with them, I suggest looking for a company website, or phone number. I suggest going to your English teacher after you have written the letter, because that's what I would do. Furthermore, your high school (or middle school) counselor should have suggestions at hand for both ideas on how to get into contact with the companies.. . Good luck!

Yes, you can change your name.. . Yes, someone could register 'your' name as a limited company and this would mean you couldn't register the name or anything similar to it if you wished to trade as a limited company.

There is no reason to send a letter. The university finally reached you on the list of students who could fill its class. It did not do you a personal favor.
