• After enjoying a career as a corporate litigator for more than twenty-years, Marianne changed gears and joined Price & Price to focus on elder law. Marianne's experience of watching her beloved mom suffer with worsening dementia is what sparked her interest in this area of the law. Now she can add her career change to the lengthy list of things for which she heartily thank her mom.

  By way of background, Marianne graduated from Lafayette College in 1985. After working in banking for several years, she decided to go to law school and graduated from George Washington University with honors in June 1991. In September of that year, she joined the litigation department of the Philadelphia law firm of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP, which is where she worked until joining Price & Price.

  Marianne live in Haddonfield with her husband, Michael Poisel, and their two teenage children. When not practicing law, Marianne is usually shuttling her son or daughter to practice for basketball, cross-country, track, baseball, karate, or drama club. Marianne loves to travel with her family and ride the waves at the Jersey shore.

How much does it cost for a paralegal to write up a contract in Ohio?

i have $60k saved up in my name, but a really really low credit score (575). i've been a self employed contractor "handyman" for six years now and am familiar with building, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tiles, cabinetry etc... so naturally i thought of purchasing a distressed home, especially when the market is at an "all time low", and "flipping" it. however, bank of america, wells fargo and other big name lenders tell me that my credit is too low. i'm only trying to get financed the remaining 25k-30k, but still hit dead ends. what other options, if any, do i have left? i mean $60k may not be a lot of money but it's still a considerable amount especially if your talking about a 90k-100k house. i'd hate to think that i'm gonna miss out on the "all time low" real-estate waiting around for my credit to go back up. does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can do with all this money that relates to my profession. i'm not big on stocks, i would want to do something that i can get involved in with, because work has been a little slow for me to as well..
