Litigation

I'm in the process of a nasty divorce. I work and always have worked full time as a teacher. My soon to be ex husband works about 3 months out of the year in concrete construction. He has drained all the equity out of the home with his overspending and now says he's broke. He never looked for additional work in the "off" season while we were married, but now is insisting that he needs $500 spousal support from me as well as half of my retirement, the full profit for the sale of the home, $47,000 in cash, joint legal and physical custody of my daughter (who is 16 ) and full medical at my expense. My daughter is sickened by this, since she was constantly on her dad to stop playing computer games and look for a job. ( She used to fight with him about this because he wouldn't allow her to do her homework until he was finished playing Pacman.) Whenever he does see her he mom bashes till she bursts into tears and comes home. We are in court ordered mediation at this point, because they refuse to budge on their "offer" which I paid $1000 for and he paid $50 because he qualifies for some ridiculous deadbeat status. At mediation, it seemed that they were asking for every one of my statements, etc. but no proof of anything from him. He "owns" a business but says his tools were stolen, yet no request for a police report. He says he's looking for a job, but no proof of this is asked by the mediator. I'm not sure what my $360 an hour attorney is doing, but I feel like I'm a sitting duck and this deadbeat is going to continue to bleed me for the rest of my life. Any advice?.

The answer is that there are many formats and they change often. If you have a good dictionary at home, in the back of the book you will see examples of formal letter formats. Google "formal letter format" and you will see examples of what you need.

A cover letter and job application are the same thing. Each serve to introduce you to a prospective employer. It often serves as the first impression, so you will want to ensure you put as much effort into designing and writing your cover letter/job application letter, as your resume.

This is a two part Question. Please don't answer this unless you really know the answer. Thank you.. . First Part:. I got married 15 years ago to my second husband. I never changed my SS card name to include my new last name. How do I go about doing this, and is it a bad thing that I haven't done it?. Second Part:. In years past (after my second marriage) our joint tax return was always filed by our tax lady showing my last name as hypenated putting my first married name, then my last married name. Is all this going to mess me up as far as getting my new SS card with my second married name, OR when it's time to collect social security?.

I'm too lazy to google, so I want to ask, does anyone know a good website where you can publish and sell your html template using your alertpay account?? (Paypal is not supported in my country -_-).

might be taking on a snowmobile franchise?
