Lawyers won't take this type of case unless there are really big bucks involved. In addition it's extremely difficult to find a doctor who will testify against another doctor. If you google medical malpractice lawyers +your city you will see a list of who is available.

I don't fully understand your question so I'll elaborate. A general change of name can be done in the civil court for a fee and an appointment with the judge in court. If you're saying you want to change your name on a deed then, if you've changed your name legall in in court already then there is no need to change your name on a deed. The reason being that to prove who you are you can just use the legal documents from the civil court to prove who you are and who you were. ...once your name has been changed in the civil court you cannot sign your old name anymore so the way to solve any future problems is to simply attach a copy of the change of name that you received from the judge.. . When a person changes their name on a document the name is never really changed on a deed or a mortgage or any contract (and that includes the credit bureaus). What's done is, well say your name is John Smith and you changed your name to Bill Jones, well the document would merely say Bill Jones (fka John Smith). the "fka" merely means formerly known as.

I would like to suggest that you endeavour to be clear and concise in your cover letter. Once you have determined what you want to say (and how you will say it) you might choose to "doll it up".. . However, this should not be done at the expense of creating a clear, on-target letter. Your reader will probably have a full workload (read: busy), and will appreciate anything you can do to make his/her job easier in evaluating your application/request.. . For example, if you are writing a cover letter with attached resume, you'll want to note how your qualifications make you particularly suitable for the position, and what unique talents you'll bring to the job and/or organization.. . If you put these in the middle of the text in the form of 2-3 bullets, you'll draw the reader's eye, make it easier for him/her to absorb the info, and enable the reader to look for the detailed info on your resume that talks to your strengths.

Hi. . If you look on the toolbar when writing an email you should see something like this: 'PI' with the 'P' back to front. Just click on it to turn off 'the show formatting' feature.. . Hope this helps!
