These efforts level the playing field and position the case for the best possible resolution. • Nationwide Lawyers With a History of Success

Litigation involving mesothelioma, defective pharmaceuticals and defective medical devices is complex and requires a law firm that has the experience and the resources to handle claims effectively. At the same time, clients deserve attention from the firm's partners and senior attorneys.

At Kaiser Gornick LLP, our founding partners, Jeff Kaiser and Larry Gornick, bring more than 40 years of combined experience representing individuals who have been harmed by defective products and fraudulent practices. Our lawyers have obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements in a wide range of cases. Most importantly, we have a proven track record of providing the highest level of client service.

Our Experience Gives Our Clients an Advantage

At the beginning of their legal careers, Jeff Kaiser and Larry Gornick worked for large defense firms representing some of the largest companies in the country at a national level in mesothelioma, pharmaceutical, medical device and other defective product cases. Based on this experience, Jeff and Larry know the "playbook" that big companies and their high-priced lawyers use in defending their defective products. Since committing themselves to representing plaintiffs, Jeff and Larry have used their experience and training to give individuals harmed by defective products a level playing field.

We have the Resources Necessary to Handle Significant Cases

Years of success in representing individuals harmed by defective products have provided Kaiser Gornick LLP with the financial resources necessary to successfully handle complex cases. Because our firm performs legal services for clients on a contingency basis, we front all litigation costs and are only paid when our clients recover verdicts or settlements. A firm without the proper resources may not be able to recover the maximum compensation for its clients and is tempted to take early settlement offers that may not fairly compensate the injured person. Opposing firms know our track record and understand that we can and will do what is necessary for the best interests of our clients.

    Proven Results and Satisfied Clients

The partners and attorneys of Kaiser Gornick LLP have a long-established track record of success. Every case is different, and results cannot be guaranteed. However, we have proven time and again our ability to get maximum compensation for our clients.

Unless your friend already works with a financial advisor who knows about estate planning as well, you really do need to consult an attorney who specializes in estate planning. . He needs to make sure his will is current, beneficiary designations on IRA's, etc. are correct, power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney are ok.. These are important issues that must be addressed. Consider the cost peace of mind.. After all, if his will is not in order, his things will go through probate and he will fork over that money in tax. In actuality, he is saving money by hiring the attorney.

Imagine a week's getaway from it all. The traffic noise to wake you up, that crazy drive to work the yelling and screaming at work and at home. Imagine a place where you can sleep when you want, wake up when you want, do what you want, and live the way YOU want.. . Sounds great doesn't it?

Respectfully submitted.. Name. Title. Address. All Corporations can be found on the net. On the company's site you will find the Name of the person who heads community affairs, including the address to send your request. Some companies even include a detail list of information they need to consider your request.. Companies take from 6 to 12 months to send you anything. . We mailed 60 letters and received 40 donations.

a separate "person" from you and your wife. The reason it works is because that legal entity lives on even if you and your wife both die. In order for the Trust to do it's job properly, it must have ownership of all of your assets. As the Trustees, you and your wife control how that Trust functions as long as you are alive. After that, your designated Trustee takes over.. . So one of two things must happen: either you transfer ownership of all assets to the Trust now, or you must write your will to do it after you die. As a rule, the latter approach means your estate must still go through Probate and be subject to Inheritance Tax at the time of your death so you really haven't gained much by paying to set up a Trust other than being able to control how the proceeds of your estate are disbursed.. . Because a Trust is a legal entity, you will have to hire an attorney in order to create it. Consult with the attorney and seek their advice. They can explain the implications of your various choices. It will ultimately be up to you to execute the ownership changes necessary to fully implement the Trust.. . As an example: my plan is to set up our assets in a Revokeable Living Trust that owns all our property and investments, and is the designated beneficiary for all insurance and IRAs. There will be a 'catch-all' clause in our will that directs all assets and benefits not otherwise designated to go to the Trust (in case I forgot some little miscellaneous benefit somewhere). The articles of the Trust will designate how our secondary Trustee (probably either an attorney's firm or an investment company) will handle the Trust after my spouse and I die.

talk to him about it there has to be some reason but dont be mean about it cause he may have been telling the truth and it could offend him. if he is lying then i think you should dump him because relationships are supposed to buid on trust. dummy by emma roberts reminds me of that haa sorry. good luck :) hope i helped
