employment

you get my drift. I get on well with customers, I always get good feedback.

I'm an estate planning lawyer and the first thing I will tell you is that you need a lawyer in this situation. There are some families that can use a do-it-yourself program, but people in blended family situations are NOT among them. Not only are there numerous personal issues to think through, but laws vary a lot from state to state.. . Your situation is especially difficult because of the huge difference in your age and your husband's age and his estrangement from some of his kids. Definitely time to see a lawyer.

My parents immigrated to Canada and my name is hard to pronounce, so i use a different name. (kind of like a nickname..) which is used for all school things that arent official. Report cards and health cards etc. all have my legal name on it. I was wondering how do i change my legal name? I live in Canada Ontario.. I heard that you have to have the "nickname" proven by schools that u are usign the name??. my "nickname" is used in... - school student cards. - my signature (i sign with my nickname - much more used to it). - friends / family friends. - my report card says my legal name but the comments teachers make are all in my other name.. . Thank you!.

Why don't I see the Times New Roman font in MS Office 2007?

Arkansas: Will adding name to deed change credit?

I'd imagine you could only get a judge's permission with a really really good reason and if your parents are unavailable to consent, or if there is a good reason to over-ride their not consenting. You'd probably want to hire a laywer with that process. It's probably easier (and maybe faster) to wait until you're 18.
