a power of attorney is The authority to act for another person in legal or financial matter, so she probably doesn't even know what it is unless her mom granted her power of attorney so i think she is lying.. . and if her mom did give her power of attorney she can revoke it at any time. . o and sorry to answer your question there is no way for you to find it, you can report it to the cops tho and they might do something about it

I am not sure how many business people you will find that read the questions in the homework section. You might want to post this question over in one of the business sections. However, since I found it, I will give you my answers. By the way, this is a rather long survey to expect business people to answer.. . 1. Background. I have been associated with accounting and law for over 30 years.. 2. I got off my career path shortly after I finished getting by BS. Since then I have gone from one job to the next when a better opportunity arose (that does not mean always better pay).. 3. I am an attorney working in areas including estate planning, taxation, business relationships, start up ventures, contracts, and trusts.. 4. The state of the economy affects virtually every business. Because the economy is down greatly, I see few clients who want to start new business right now. By contrast, my bother-in-law does bankruptcy. Because the economy is down his business is up. Most businesses are affected by the economy, some for good and some for bad.. 5. Yes. People come to me in need of my services to assist them in their business planning or in tax matters and the like.. 6. I maintain simple books and records of income and expenses. I maintain travel logs and appointment schedules. I maintain client trust account records.. 7. I am a sole proprietor. I share office space with another attorney, my brother-in-law. Of course the type of business entity effects how you conduct business.. 8. I am responsible for my own business finances. I am also responsible for maintaining client funds held in trust.. 9. I do not prepare formal financial reports because I do not have to report to shareholders. I prepare simple financial statements in order to prepare my tax returns.. 10. No, not a defined marketing strategy.. 11. My work comes from networking and client referrals. I use no external advertising sources.. 12. No, I am a sole proprietor.. 13. Whether they decide to engage my services is a pretty good indication. Also, if they become a repeat client, that also is a good indication.. 14. I do not maintain an employee code of conduct. My profession has set standards to which I must adhere.. 15. Addressing legal issues is my business.. 16. I contribute to various police organizations.. 17. No. 18. In the practice of law, you have attorneys, paralegals and secretaries.. 19. Educational requirements (minimum). A 4 year college degree and then a law school degree (3 or 4 years). Anything else is optional. A MBA is helpful. I have a masters of laws (LLM).. 20. I use a computer. My secretary uses a computer. Most but not all attorneys have some computer skills.. . Your unnumbered questions are rather broad. Answers to those would require essays. Far more time required than I would devote to answering a survey.. . I do suggest to shorten your survey to the essential information you need to gather. As it is presently, it is a long laundry list that rambles through a great many aspects without any ascertainable direction. Many of the questions would require lengthy answers and could not realistically expect business people to answer. In business time is money. If you are asking for answers they must donate their time. You show no appreciation of the fact that time is a valuable commodity inbusinesss. You really need to spend a lot of your own time to refine this survey before you present it to the business world.. . Later,. . Norm Jones. attorney at law. central Indiana

My girlfriend needs to write a resignation letter...but there is a twist.?

Who invented it?. . And why?. . I'd like to know this because I'm currently looking for work - and I'm sick and tired of filling in so many long, detailed and sometimes positively intrusive forms..

what is a good website to get themes for a blackberry curve?

Could we get out of our contract as this means we are living in an illegal dwelling that may be unsafe?. It is not a suspect situation as I am living it!
