always shake the persons hand thank them for their time.

Business plans are like resumes, there's no one set way to make them, and any way is fine as long as it's clear, complete, concise and professional-looking. Here's what has to go into one:. . 1. Clearly state who your target customers are: Women ages 18-35 living within 30 miles of Traverse City, MI? Service disabled veterans from the current Iraq/Afghanistan wars? Retail businesses with 20-100 employees throughout the nation that sell children's clothing? State, County and City police departments? Provide as much information about your customers as you can. Who are they? Where are they? What do you know about them (age, income, demographics, etc.)?. . 2. State who your competitors are: Who? Where? How many? What are your points of competitive advantage vs. each of them? Can you beat one on price, another on quality and the rest on how quickly you can fulfill a customer order?. . 3. Clearly define what your products and/or services offered are. How/where are they made and/or delivered? Will you sell them online? From your own store? Through another store? What do they cost you to make/provide? What are you charging for them?. . 4. Clearly define your marketing strategy. How will you promote your products/services to your prospective customers? Personal selling? Word of mouth? Traditional (print, radio, TV) advertising? Publicity stunts? Public relations efforts? Etc.. . 5. Describe your business. Sole proprietorship? LLC? Partnership? Other? How many employees? Who handles management, marketing, HR, production, finances, etc.? How will you handle payroll? Insurance? Banking? Supply chain management (where you get your stuff)?. . 6. Detail what assets you already have for the business, and their values, and what assets you still need for the business, and their costs.. . 7. Provide a revenue & expense forecast. What do you anticipate your monthly & annual gross profit to be? What are your operating expenses - insurance, internet, advertising, transportation, training, phones, etc. What's your net profit?

From your health care provider. They can sit with you and help you tailor your advanced directive to exactly what you want. And since they are your health care provider, then have that appreciation of what you want/don't want when the times comes that the advanced directive actually comes into play.
