That is the accepted format for most business correspondence.

You don't provide enough details about what party you "settled" with. Generally, any medical bills not paid by your insurance are your responsibility. Copays are not owed to the insurance company - they are owed to the health care providers.

how do you invade an irrevocable trust?

There is an attorney-client relationship, but there are circumstances under which you may loose some of that privilege if the attorney has to sue you to collect on payments due under the contractual agreement.. . And it is not entirely true that the attorney can't speak about anything you discuss. If you tell your attorney something that demonstrates that you pose a risk to yourself or others and the attorney can prevent that danger, s/he may disclose otherwise confidential information. Most lawyers take great pains not to have to resort to this.

Changed their name or changed the spelling? . If it was the spelling, the average person didn't read and write so other people wrote their name in records and wrote it how it sounded, it was not corrected as no one knew how to spell it correctly and so people were not precious like we are now about 'our' names.. . I have an ancestor who was a wealthy merchant, he was several times elected speaker in the Houses of Parliament and was the Sheriff of his county, he bought and sold land, built almshouses (hospitals), so could read and write and could sign his name and in his lifetime in records I have found there are 22 different spellings of what is now a 5 letter surname.. . Another ancestor, my great grandfather started his life being registered and baptised with one name and changed his names around, added his mothers maiden name and continued to use two, three or four names in different orders throughout his life and was buried with a totally different name...it was a nightmare researching him......so who knows why, unfortunately he isn't her to ask, so I can only guess from what I have found out via research...that he wasn't took happy with his dad and very possibly regardless of what is written on his birth certificate his real dad was someone else

is it unpatriotic to demand for a name change for a citizen of a nation ? if i am a citizen of france or any other country, will it be unpatriotic if i furnish reasons to change its name ?.
