the man I love has straining order against me, which he was justified in getting, given that I did punch him one time. I'm still dealing with the consequences of my actions, and I'm getting better everyday with regard to my anger management issues. I will not hit him again and have no intention of hurting him in anyway.. . I still love him very much and we have a child together. He suggested we meet in his attorney's office to talk about our son and his stipulations as I have requested visitation with my son and the court order allows me supervised visitation. I have doubts as to whether they will be honest and they are flat out refusing to allow me visitation even though I have a court order. I believe they will make up a story alleging some sort of violation of the terms of the restraining order and I will have no witnesses there. I would like to believe that he loves me too and that we had was special, and that our family to be reconciled. My heart is telling me that love conquers all... and that it's possible for us to have a happy ending. My head is telling me that he never cared, still doesn't, but will play my heartstrings to his advantage, and that he is now trying to incriminate me to make sure I don't get custody or visitation rights with our son. I don't want to walk into another trap. also, when we were together he did strike my other son, hard enough to make him cry, and told me that he did it to see how I would respond. I fear he may hurt our son, and I pray that he does not, but I really don't know at this point exactly how our son is doing as I haven't seen him and his father has not given me any updates on his well being..
