Where can I find a legal template to notify someone they must return my property?

New years eve party flyer template for free?

Me and my partner are currently purchasing a property (first time) and have not got wills set up as yet. How do we go about it?.

You have to file a petition with the Court and you have to have a . reason for why you want a last name change. If the Judge rules in your favor, there's a lot of other channels that your new name has to go through. It would be best to hire a lawyer, your lawyer can file the appropriate motions to get it done for you.. . PS. good luck!

go to the social security web site it will tell you how to get one. i don't remember exactly where on the site but it is there. the confirmation number will be mailed to you. or you can call social security about it. google their website then once there search for confirmation number it will tell you how. i did it but it was months ago, but im sure if you go to their site you will figure it out. you probably will get your new card before your con number.

I got married back in 06. I wasn't going to take his last name, so I went on with life. We were going to Vegas back in January. His family bought the tickets, and they didn't know I hadn't NOT changed my last name. So I decided that it was a sign so I went to change my last name. Right after leaving social security (where they had printed me a paper with my new last name) and got my drivers license changed. Having that, I didn't need to wait for my card to come in the mail. I went to apply for a job a few months later to remember that I never got my card! So I called social security and they said that they denied it and I would need to drive 3 hours (i live in a small town very far from a city) to reapply. Well I haven't done this yet, I need to desperately... but I dont know what to do. Yes I have my birth certificate and my marriage license but my ID says the new last name. . Any suggestions on what to do? Do you think they will accept my ID?? Do I go and get a copy of my card as is, then take it and change my DL to my maiden name-- then go to change my SS card AGAIN?! quite a hassel, but I dont want problems.. I hate confrontation hehe.
