the charge varies by attoenry and state. I am a mortgage lender in NC and the average fee here is $450. That is the charge for the attorney to prepare and file the closing papers. A FSBO only means that there is no realtor involved. This has nothing to do with an attorney. All states require either an attorney or title company (depending on state) to hadle the closing so that title is properly transferred and the new owner becomes legal owner. if you want to do this without a realtor, that is a separate issue and fee. There will be other fees involved but typically those are paid by the buyer or negotiated in the contract depending on how desperate you are to sell. Our buyers pay the attorney and all the sellers pay is the trasfer taxes.

These include names of a foreign origin that are too difficult to pronounce or write in the original form. A name that lends itself to ridicule or has become infamous would also be eligible for change. However, other reasons can be submitted and its validity would be examined.

I'm thinking about unschooling fir various reasons such as social abilities, school work and the pointlessness of the current curriculum... But I live in the UK and im in year 10... I'm wondering if I can leave in year 10 to be unschooled... And I've thought about it even more since the UK leaving age has just rose to 18....
