Gruccio, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Atlantic County. Eileen was an Assistant Corporate Counsel at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino for over 5 years where she prepared contracts, arbitrated contract disputes, was involved in the drafting of tenant retail leases; represented Tropicana in defense of litigation and administrative procedures in the courts of New Jersey and New York; monitored legal work performed by, and consulted with,?outside counsel; and?worked with the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations, and was responsible for the hotel/casino's compliance?with such laws and regulations. Eileen was an adjunct lecturer at Atlantic Community College?teaching courses in commercial paper and banking.

    Eileen "retired" from the practice of law for several years to raise a family and participate in community and volunteer activities including serving as a member of the?Board of Trustees of Congregation Beth Judah, Ventnor, NJ and a Vice President of its Sisterhood; Board of Trustees of Shalom House, Ventnor, NJ; Galloway Township Municipal Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; President of the Sisterhood of Temple Beth Shalom, Livingston, NJ and a member of its Board of Trustees; and Membership Vice President for the Garden State Region of International Women's League for Conservative Judaism.
