Can anyone help with a cover letter for a job application advertised through an employment agency? It's slight more difficult, as you can't find out any information on the company, as you don't know who they are!.

What are web forms and what are they used for?

The answer depends on the wording of the power of attorney. She may not have the power to decide issues like how much rent tenants pay, and if she does and you do not have a copy of the POA attached to a rental agreement signed by her, she may not be acting legally. The POA does not give her authority over you, however.. . Every state has different rules, so you should check with a local attorney.

Superior's name or perhaps the Director of Human Resources

Javier,. . the people who work for the SSA are the dumbest of the dumbest human beings walking the Earth. Seriously.. . When a couple gets married, both have the OPTION to change their last name to that of their spouse's. Simplified, the man is allowed to change his name to that of his wife, and the wife is allowed to change her name to that of her husband. It's also allowed to add just a name or hyphenate.. . Example:. . John Doe married Jane Blonde. . John can remain John Doe, can become John Blonde, can become John Doe-Blonde, or can become John Doe Blonde.. Jane can remain Jane Blonde, can become Jane Doe, can become Jane Blonde-Doe, or can become Jane Blonde-Doe.. . It's a CHOICE.. So you can keep your name, or take your wife's last name as your family name. That's all you can do.. . You cannot change your name in the United States any other way before you become a US citizen, and I'll explain to you why.. . Let's say you can change your name from Javier Hernandez to Prince William of Cortez, okay? You then walk with the name change document to the Mexican consulate and say: "Hey, fockers, I am now Prince of Cortez, you losers. Now give me a new Mexican passport in my new name!". . The will guide you in the next room, bend you over a chair, and insert a 10-foot pole so deep into you know what, that the blood will shoot out of your mouth. Then they guide you to the staircase and push you down yelling to never show your face again.. . The US government cannot tell any foreign government what to do with their citizens. The only way to change your name is now or at any time in the future based on the marriage. Marriage is a legal way to change your name in the United States. Otherwise you will have to wait a very long time or do it in Mexico.. . My personal advice to you, as someone who has seen a lot of sh*t happening due to name changes: keep your name for now, and your wife keeps her name for now. Once you are eligible for naturalization, you can easily change your name as part of the process.

I'm currently looking for an attorney to create the following for my elderly father: A Will, a Deed for property he owns, an Advance Health Care Directive and a Power of Attorney. Roughly speaking, for an estate plan including the four above documents, how much in fees should a typical estate planning attorney charge as a package, or in terms of hours worked on those documents? I realize that there can be no exact figures for different states and countries, but I would like a ballpark figure to compare and contrast. Thanks for the information in advance..
