    I have a sister who went bankrupt 2 or 3 years ago (State of Georgia, Chapter 13). Our mother passed away recently, leaving the estate to me.     It really depends on what you are trying to go for. If you're not a designer and just getting started, of course its useful and can have some pretty good success.
