The restrictions on open plan estates will be unique to each one so it is impossible to give you a direct answer.. . You can find out by visiting your Planning Department and asking to see the original planning permission. They will have plans and also the approval certificate which will state all the conditions. Ask them to go through it with you and point out your house and they should be able to tell you precisely what can and cant be done.. . There will also probably be relevant covenants on your deeds if the planning permission does not prevent your neighbour from planting trees.. . Hope that helps

to make it easy its a letter of introduction attached to your resume.... whenever possible, address your letter to a specific person.. start using your name. Tell how you got the reader?s name, if applicable.. tell what is the purpose for your letter.. Indicate what it is that you hope to accomplish by sending your letter. Include any other important information about yourself or the purpose of your letter . Close by thanking the person, and end on a positive note

They can be typed or hand written. If you are making the statement in Australia, it's best to do it in the form of a Statutory Declaration though a signed and dated (by the partner who wrote it) statement on plain paper is acceptable.. . Please do not make complex collations of your application papers. We waste a lot of time (and risk injury to life and limb) deconstructing applications which have been extensively stapled or artfully put together in complex folders with indexes, dividers and tabs. Do not use plastic inserts. Please leave the papers, loosely divided by slide-on paper clips if you feel it is absolutely necessary, in a simple stack. Application form on the top

when my daughters were born (they are now 5 and 6) i did not give them middle names. i dont really know now why i didnt but anyway they now wish they had middle names and i wish wed given them some. i have done a bit of searching on the net and found lots of 'Deed Poll' sites that charge anything from ?10 to ?40 for a document. i found an old question on here that says its not necessary to pay at all and im confused. . if i type up a document and get it signed and witnessed is that as official as if i pay for 1?. will it make any difference which site i use?. is this the only way to do it and is it properly official?. will i have to change their passports immediately, or can i wait till theyre due for renewal?. the websites all say you can change just by usage only for an adult.. . i plan to let them be part of choosing their new middle names..
